Still my favorite dim sum in the west coast. They can make adjustments to food like the chow mein. we sit very fast if we are a big party, and the food is huge and delicious for such a great value! Service is fast and quick too. The place is big and gives off Hong Kong vibes

My favorite place in Chinatown so far. I've been going here for the past 3 years and they have been very consistent. There is usually a wait time which varies depending on the time you arrive and the number of people in your group. In my case this time, since large table were available the large group behind me got seated ahead, but I got seated soon after than. Here are what we ordered: -pork and century egg congee: 5/5. Good portion of pork that was very tender and I believe 1 century egg. -pork chop and steak: 5/5. Again the meat was tender, tasty and juicy. -hot and sour wonton noodle soup : 5/5 m. This was I think one of the best hot and sour wonton I tried. It came in a huge bowl.

I was a little hesitant to try a place that serves all-day dim sum as my previous experience with it meant the novelty was there but the quality was...not. However, I was very impressed with Hong Kong Bistro! The hours are so nice for late-ish night (open until midnight), the ambiance is cool and contemporary, the service is on point. Dim sum past brunch hours are a little pricey and not as popular to eat at, so if you want to try the food without the wait, I recommend coming during the week in the evening. My personal favorite is the deep fried shrimp, as the shrimp itself is good but the sauce it comes with is delicious. Hargow, chicken feet, shu mai, etc. are pretty good and standard. Just like every other place in Chinatown/I District, parking is primarily street parking, with a few paid lots scattered throughout. I love that this restaurant is near Hing Hay Park, so walking back to my car, I can people watch and enjoy a little community and greenery in the city.

This is a delicious dim sum spot in the International District. It is a little spendy and worth it! My favorite items are the steamed bean curd roll, pan fried chives dumplings and the radish cakes with XO sauce. However, the standout would be the baked BBQ pork buns because of the sweet crust on top and good bbq pork to dough ratio. I haven't found another baked BBQ pork bun in the greater Puget Sound area that rivals this one. Nice, updated decor. Service is good.

Went to the Hong Kong Bistro a couple of times lately while going through Seattle. My previous favorite was A+ Hong Kong Kitchen, but they're taking a two month vacation! Food is authentic and solid. Portions were pretty big. We've tried a few of the standard Hong Kong cafe style food such as baked pork chop rice, curry beef brisket rice, beef chow fun, bone-in chicken with green onions and soy sauce, Chinese broccoli/yu choy with oyster sauce, and egg tart. Service was pretty standard for a Hong Kong style cafe. Food came out rather quickly. They have a huge menu; and the restaurant is pretty big and clean. Although I probably still like the food better at A+ Hong Kong Kitchen, Hong Kong Bistro is cleaner and more comfortable. And they even serve all day dim sum (haven't tried their dim sum except for the egg tarts which were pretty good) and are open until midnight. Prices are very affordable. Overall, it's a good and solid option for Hong Kong cafe style food.

Beautiful, large space. We came as a group of four on a Thursday evening after 9pm, they were pretty busy, and even then we were seated within five minutes, our server took our order within 10 minutes, and food arrived as it was ready within the next 30 minutes. Staff were helpful and efficient. The food was good, and the portion sizes were big for the price. Nothing exceptional flavour wise, but tasty and good value. We ordered the beans, Mongolian beef, chicken pan fried noodles, beef and broccoli, and chicken fried rice. Each serving of mains could feed two. Parking is tough in the area.

The Peking duck was absolutely delicious. Really loved the sweet-and-sour pork and the orange chicken. The Lazy Susan really helped to serve all the food with a large group. We were here for Chinese new year. The service was OK. They didn't seem to talk to us too much and We could tell they wanted us to get out of there very quickly. However, when we were done eating, we waited about 10 minutes to try to pay our bill even though they made it clear we need to get out within 45 minutes for the next table. The ambience is very sweet and comfortable.

Beautiful interior and lots of space! We've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes to be seated. Food was delicious! Comes out within minutes of ordering (you mark down which dishes you want to get and they will pick up your slip). Everything tasted so fresh and perfectly cooked. Their pastries and beverages are something I would definitely check out next on future visits!

Got a full spread at Hong Kong Bistro! Good ambience but they're pretty busy so service was a bit slow (had to flag down a waitress each time). My favs: fried radish cake (my first time having and so much better than expected- perfect balance of soft and crispy), soup dumplings (were stuffed with filling), bbq pork buns (loved the flavor), beef chow fun and custard buns Fine, but not stellar: shu mai (good, but i wish had more pork than shrimp but that's a personal preference), garlic green beans, pan fried buns (wish they were crispier)
